Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Customized or engraved items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
